Off-Site Event – Thursday, May 1st, 2025
– Knox Mountain Hike
Join us on May 1st, 2025, at 5:00 pm for an invigorating hike through the stunning landscapes of Knox Mountain Park in Kelowna. This scenic trail offers breathtaking views of Okanagan Lake, the city skyline, and the surrounding natural beauty. We will be leisurely tackling this moderately challenging route of 4.2km long with an elevation of 267m. This is a great opportunity to explore Kelowna’s outdoor charm while connecting with fellow physiotherapists. We will be walking to the trailhead from the Delta.
Once we are done with the hike, we will be joining the meet and greet at a local restaurant to crack a bite and enjoy one of Kelowna’s finest restaurants. Details are in the next paragraph.

Off-Site Event – Thursday, May 1st, 2025
– Supper at Central Kitchen
Join us on May 1st, 2025, at 7:30 pm at Central Kitchen, a renowned restaurant just steps away from the Delta. Kelowna’s vibrant downtown offers the perfect backdrop for pre-conference networking. Join us on Thursday night after the hike at an ideal spot to share ideas, make connections, and enjoy exceptional local flavors in the heart of the Okanagan Valley.

Off-Site Event – Sunday, May 4th, 2025
– Black Mountain Golf Course
Join us on Sunday, May 4th, 2025, at 1:30 pm to experience the thrill of golfing cliff-side, set against some of the most beautiful scenery the Okanagan has to offer. Black Mountain is an 18-hole, par-71 championship golf course in Kelowna that spans 6,400 yards. It was even named PGA of BC Golf Facility of the Year in 2018! Every level of golfer is welcome at Black Mountain, with four tee boxes and a masterfully designed course. This is an excellent opportunity to experience what Kelowna has to offer while meeting fellow passionate physiotherapists.
The registration fee includes transportation from the Delta to the course and 9-hole shotgun entry. Equipment rental is $30 and can be paid at the facility if needed.
We will leave the Delta Hotel at 1:30 PM, with tee-off scheduled for 2:30 PM. The shuttle will return to the Delta at 6:30 pm.
Transportation Information:
- 1:15 PM – Meet in front of the Delta Hotel to board the shuttle
- 1:30 PM – Shuttle departs from Delta to Black Mountain Golf Course
- 2:30 PM – Tee-off
- 6:15 PM – Board the shuttle returning to the Delta
- 6:30 PM – Shuttle departs from Black Mountain Golf Course to the Delta
Fee breakdown:
9-hole shotgun start at 2:30 = 120$. Green fee, power cart, balls, tees, and taxes included

Join us on Sunday, May 4th, at 1:30 pm for a memorable half-day winery tour that will showcase 4 of Kelowna’s most famous wineries in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, where you’ll explore some of the region’s finest vineyards and indulge in tastings of award-winning wines.
Calling all wine enthusiasts! Experience the charm of the Okanagan Valley on an exclusive winery tour that will captivate your senses. As you journey through some of the region’s most prestigious vineyards, you’ll be treated to stunning views of sprawling vines, majestic mountains, and a beautiful lake. We will be stopping at 4 different wineries, and you’ll have the opportunity to sample a variety of wines and discover the diverse flavors that make Okanagan wines so special. Whether you’re a casual wine drinker or a connoisseur, this tour offers a fun, relaxed, and informative experience, allowing you to savor both the wines and the scenery of one of Canada’s top wine regions.
Transportation Information:

- 5:30 PM – Return to the Delta Hotel
